About the book:

Fairy wishes are hot, but Poppy’s aim is not! Watch what happens when a novice fairy accidentally spikes the party punch with a powerful love wish in Valentine Wishes, Daisy Banks’ new, thoroughly entertaining romantic comedy.

As a huge fan of Shakespeare’s A Mid Summer Night’s Dream and fun fairies in all forms I was certainly looking forward to reading this story and I was not disappointed at all. Daisy Banks writes a perfectly playful story about Poppy the bumbling fairy and her three humans. Let’s face it, this winter has been nothing if not harsh so far and Ms. Banks made me forget the wind chill. When it is so cold inside that your teeth chatter and you are covered in goose bumps it is pretty amazing to be so removed from reality and wrapped up in a story that even blue lips and finger tips don’t faze you. Ms. Banks has a fantastic way with description especially when it comes to the everyday items or scenes. She is an author I always look forward to reading and I know you will too.
